About us
To ensure that our health and safety procedures go beyond industry standards Air3 opted to register with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme or CHAS.
Annual inspections of our health and safely management systems, risk assessments and procedures give our clients the assurance that our entire design and build operation conforms to current regulations.
As this goes beyond industry requirements, our decision to become CHAS registered places us amongst the top 25% of builders in the UK who make health and safety a priority on their sites.
As well as CHAS registration Air3's employees and contractors hold all relevant registration and safety certificates, for example, NICEIC for electrical installations.
New build home owners will be provided with National House Builders Council (NHBC) certificates and guarantees.
Some builders use traditional methods in order to reduce risk to themselves because experience tells them what works. However, we take a more pragmatic approach at Air and constantly look to expand the materials we're using and the way we're using them.
FSE timbers are used as standard on all sites and materials are sourced to be environmentally friendly for the entire life of the building, into demolition and eventual recycling.
Wherever budget and technology allow, we always look to the future and take the sustainable option.
Over many years of operation we have built up a network of trusted suppliers and we pass the benefit of these strong relationships on to our clients.
Quality is our priority and we always source the best materials or skills that your budget and time frame allow.
All materials come from managed or renewable sources wherever possible.
